Managed Professional Services Pricing
All monthly service fees based on 1-year contract. Additional discounts for longer term contracts are available
Devices refers to Unified Communications phone system components inclusive of servers, audio and video endpoint devices (phones), UC applications, PSTN voice gateway devices, voice session border controllers. Non-UC application specific equipment such as network switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points or controllers, and other services can be covered for additional per device fees
If combined with School Safe Managed Professional Services, standard School Safe monthly fees are waived
Pricing is negotiable for environments where device /user counts are much fewer than 250 devices or are close to a lower tier pricing model
Managed Professional Services
Up to 250 devices /users- Day-to-day systems maintenance and user/device administration (MACD)
- Systems proactive monitoring, outage support, and configuration changes
- System upgrades, vulnerability patching
- System enhancements, add-ons, and new service migrations and site additions
- Service Level Agreements
- Price of our services only. Does not include any necessary travel expenses or cost of hardware or software or other services

251 - 500 devices /users- Day-to-day systems maintenance and user/device administration (MACD)
