We are a partnership of Information Technology professionals dedicated to providing the highest levels of professional and managed services our customers have ever experienced.
Our founding partners are parents, engineers, volunteer emergency medical technicians, software developers, U.S. military veterans, artists, entrepreneurs, and experts in the fields of computer systems engineering, data networking, and telecommunications. Each has over 20 years experience in VoIP and Unified Communications technologies.
The vision of the company is to remain employee owned and managed to ensure that we can preserve our core principles and achieve long-term continuity with our clients.

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work
Yeah, maybe a bit corny and yet, we truly believe this. We treat our people and our clients as human beings first, teammates second and together we score goals.
We’ve seen the evolution of our discipline go from the “cloud” back when the local phone company switch had all the intelligence for phones on customer desks, to on-premise disparate key systems and PBXs, into VoIP between PBXs paving the way to centralized UC on-prem, and back to the “cloud” again with countless UC hosting companies.
The cloud is just someone else’s computers. The question is: are their computers more likely to be hacked or are yours? Also, what haven’t they told you? When all of your phones are down, how long will the wait queue be? We’re not anti-cloud. We’re pro-investigation.
We are very selective in the solutions that we will represent to our clients, as the relationship that we most want to develop with them is to provide fixed-cost bundled professional and managed services. This relationship format means that if our client’s system is unstable, vulnerable to breaches, or otherwise problematic, we lose as much time and money as they do. This is our definition of a true partnership: shared risk, unified goals.
pricing philosophy
As individual consumers, our founding partners prefer to be advised up front what companies are charging for their goods and services. Simply put, our time is valuable. Everyone's time is valuable. So, why waste it?
We are committed to being transparent with our pricing. One, we put our decades of experience and expertise into building pricing models and we believe in our value proposition. Two, we don't believe in hiding behind the excuse of giving away our strategy to competitors. Three, if our pricing leads to competitors lowering theirs and a client chooses them over us, fantastic! We want clients to find the right match and we prefer to build our relationships authentically.
Obviously, we are just as susceptible as anyone to shifts in the plethora of economic influences on our industry and thus reserve the right to adjust for survival as needed. However, the pricing on our service contracts will always be honored.
